Apple's new MacBook Pro brings touch to the Mac for the first time, with a tandem OLED display
Apple introduced new 14- and 16-inch MacBook Pro models with a tandem OLED display, M5 Pro and M5 Max chips, and touch support on the Mac for the first time. Pre-orders opened October 28, with availability from November 6. My take: after years of saying the Mac didn't need touch, Apple added it anyway. It's a real upgrade for video and design work, but if your current machine still keeps up, there's no rush.
